New Account Issues and Deactivation

Hi Everyone,

I have opened an account which is now deactivated due to ID issues. I have been trying to resolve this with Amazon, been on the phone a number of times and I’m still not getting anywhere.. my account is deactivated. Amazon have taken funds out of my bank account. I do not have any listings. I am unable to upload my ID verification and have tried numerous things. I can do the first part of my ID however it won’t allow me to do a photo of myself or a videos. I have tried other computers to see if there was a glitch does not work. Ii have been given different information and told to upload documents when speaking to an agent at Amazon. I am still no further forward and really frustrated can anyone maybe point me in the right direction with regards to this ID verification? I have checked to make sure that the camera is available and yet I cannot get any further forward. I don’t believe it is an issue on my side, but I’m continuously being told I have to upload this ID Thanks.

If the stumbling block is photo/video of yourself try downloading the Amazon seller app to your phone, logging in and completing that section on a mobile device.
