Used Product with Inauthentic Complaint
I sell used products that I will get from estate sales, etc.
I have an inauthentic complaint, I got the complaint because the buyer returned a completely different item and still expected a refund, I didn't give them a refund.
The buyer went to open a claim with A - Z and now I have an inauthentic complaint.
I do not have an invoice, am I doomed or what should I do to resolve this?
Thanks so much.

Amazon is really not the platform for selling estate sale items because of the fact that you need to be able to prove authenticity.

Hello @Seller_Dxpi96U5iHqWL

Thank you for the information provided regarding the recent situation that has occurred with the violation. I understand that you were selling estate items and do not have documentation that could the sourcing for the product. I know this can be concerning as you received a violation over this.
To clarify, is it just a violation on the account health page or is this an impact to the entire account? Would you be able to share the messaging so we can understand the impact in its entirety?
If it is just an impact to the listing, then it will mean that you will not be able to sell this product moving forward. The violation will exist on the account health page for 180 days before it falls off. If it is an impact to the account, then as mentioned in the thread, you may be unable to resolve the concern.
We do encourage you to refer to this thread if you have any additional questions or updates to share.
Best,
Atlas
