8672 error please help

I'm looking for advice regarding error 8572. After many years of selling on Amazon, I finally registered my brand and got my trademark approved. However, Amazon is no longer allowing me to list products under my own brand and is asking for a letter from the brand authorizing me to sell. This doesn't make any sense. Please note that the trademark is registered under my company's name, as is my Amazon account. Essentially, I'm writing letters to allow myself to sell my own products.

I've already sent at least five letters, but they keep saying that something is missing or incorrect. The last email I received said: "We would like to inform you that we reviewed the proof of affiliation provided; however, it cannot be considered legitimate since the contact details such as name, designation, signature, phone, and email are not in line with the guidelines."

All of these details were provided in the letter. Additionally, I bought my EAN codes from GS1 a few months ago and provided the certificate to Amazon, but they still aren't accepting it.

I've never felt so hopeless in my 41 years of life. This situation has drained me completely, as it has been ongoing for the past 4-5 months since I registered my brand.

Does anyone understand this? I'm coming to the conclusion that they don't want me on Amazon. Does anyone have an idea of how to solve this?
