Amazon have denied my case.
Simply put - Sold a "Used - Very Good" product. Buyer left feedback:
"I ordered new product, they sent completely very old product. They are not trustable, please think before to buy"
This is completely false. The price difference should be obvious enough but we get many returns with this reason. I can deal with the returns but Amazon should AT LEAST remove negative feedback for an obvious buyer mistake. Is there anyway to sort this out?

I have the exact same problem ..I mainly sell second hand items and most of my negative feedbacks are from customers who are disappointed receiving second hand items when they expected new ...problem is on the mobile app it dose not show the item condition
amazon seller support dose not care
I send out pre order confirmation messages to buyers by email and sms, confirming its second hand and if they are happy about this due to people being unable to read what they buy. The app could be better but it does still say used. Nobody reads what they buy it seems. It takes time but saves a lot more time and money. Whether or not its policy it saves me a lot of resources. Amazon should incorporate this, people do not know Amazon sell second hand goods simples.

How do I get a response if mods aren't replying?
Have the same problem regularly. Customers do not read the full description and expect new at a fraction of the new price. I even changed my name to "second hand games man" to try and give them a clue but no...still the same. Surely we can apply to have this feedback removed.
