Need Help to Correct a Mistakenly Entered Brand Name

Hello Amazon Support Team and Fellow Sellers,

We recently created a new listing for our product, but unfortunately, we made an error in entering the brand name. We have been trying to correct this mistake, but despite providing real-world images showing the correct brand name, we have not been able to get it updated.

We have already submitted a case to Amazon Support (Case ID: 17308489491) with supporting images and explanations, but so far, the issue remains unresolved. The incorrect brand name is causing confusion for customers, and we urgently need Amazon’s assistance to rectify it.

If anyone from Amazon Support or experienced sellers in the forum has encountered a similar issue and successfully resolved it, we would greatly appreciate any guidance. Is there a specific team or escalation method we should try?

Looking forward to your support and suggestions!

Thank you.

Listing titles can not be edited, especially the brand name can't be edited.

Take a new UPC from GS1 (not the one used for the listing you are talking about) and create a new listing with the correct brand name.
