Parcels being lost/stolen by Evri! How can we fully disable Evri labels for return? We only want to allow Royal Mail as the option!

Parcels being lost/stolen by Evri! How can we fully disable Evri labels for return? We only want to allow Royal Mail as the option!

So many of our expensive parcels are being lost/stolen by Evri! They only offer £20 compensation and even then nobody responds. How can we remove Evri as an option for the return labels provided by Amazon and only allow Royal Mail labels to be provided? TIA!

Not sure if you can, I have been looking for something similar. If the parcel arrives back empty or different we are covered with SAFE-T but mostly the parcels with Evri never come back so SAFE-T claims are denied.
