To offer premium delivery options, sellers are required to:

Have sold on Amazon for 90 days or more

Deliver ten or more orders in the last 30 days

Maintain an on-time delivery rate of 97% or greater for all premium delivery option orders

Maintain a valid tracking rate of 100% for all premium delivery option orders

Maintain a cancellation rate of 0.5% or less for all premium delivery option orders

My ontime shipping rate had fallen below 97% however I had shipped the items on time and it's the carrier fault that they didn't deliver on time even tough I had selected the fastest service available. Would be grateful if someone can help me write a PoA so I can restore my access to premium delivery options.

Is anyone else having an issue with premium shipping dates not showing correctly?

I have next day despatch and 2 day despatch enabled but the listing pages are showing the fastest delivery as Thursday if ordered before 2PM...surely it should be fastest delivery Wednesday (tomorrow)?
