Removal order damages and lost units reimbursements denied.

I have decided to end Fba because of a whole host of systemic issues that are not being addressed adequately.

I create a removal order of 77 units.

They return my units in multiple packages.

3 units are lost in 2 parcels.

1 unit arrives damaged. It is not resellable.

I have never before raised an issue with create removal order although 75% of units arrive, scuffed and in bad shape.

However for the first time in 9 years I receive a unit that cannot be resold. I raise this with seller support. They issue £4.51 (lower than my purchase price even!) for a unit that I sell for £22.42. Case ID 10673597202

3 units from 2 parcels lost. Never lost anything before. They claim parcel delivered, send me proof. I ask them to do reconciliation to figure out the movements of the units, if nothing. They refuse. Case IDs 10672800412 and 10673066502

I have never claimed anything from shipments to and return before. However this time, I genuinely believe they have got it wrong. Why can't they do a reconciliation and figure out the numbers of the units the very least. They don't.

Would one of you have a look for me please?

Hi,

I’m sorry to hear about your experience with the removal order and lost/damaged units. It’s frustrating when things like this happen, especially when you’ve been selling for so long without raising similar issues.

If Seller Support isn’t providing adequate help, I’d recommend escalating the cases (IDs: 10673597202, 10672800412, 10673066502) and requesting a reconciliation audit again. Include all relevant documentation and push for fair compensation based on your actual selling price.

Hopefully, someone at Amazon reviews this thoroughly and resolves it for you. Wishing you the best of luck!

Best regards,

Quelle surprise, received full reimbursement for Case ID 10672800412 for two units.

This is the resolution I receive for case ID 10673597202 where I receive a unit damaged and unsellable.

The Reimbursement Calculation is mentioned below:

Unit Value: 29.99 GBP

Unit Fees: 7.42 GBP

Packaging damage - gradeA - 20%

Total RMS Amount: 4.51 GBP

Does Amazon allow me to sell damaged and opened goods?

Would amazon allow me to issue £4.51 to my seller who claims that the unit arrived damaged?

Does the reimbursement uphold the amazon business solutions agreement for lost and damaged goods?

Will I get a response to the above quesions. Yes, copy paste from "previous seller support"!
