I've had another scam buyer.

2024-9-6 8:48 AM The buyer told me that I did not receive the package, after checking I saw that the package was placed in a parcel storage locker so I told the buyer but the buyer did not go looking for it.

2024-9-6 9:35 AM I told the buyer I could resend a new package and asked the buyer if they would like to wait

I sent the second package as soon as I got the buyer's response.

But the buyer filed an A-to-Z claim and got a refund on September 12, 2024, while the replacement package was still on its way.

I hope Amazon can re-investigate this case, the first package was delivered and the buyer said they didn't receive it so I resent a replacement, but this package is still on its way when the buyer filed a claim and I'm very angry about that.

I hope Amazon can refund my money and remove the ODR, the buyer agreed to resend it but still filed a claim, this is a scammer buyer. He should have waited for the package to arrive as promised.
