Brand Name already registered

Hi,

I have fully registered trademark on IPOUK so I went to amazon brand registry to enrol it however yesterday I got an email saying that its already registered on amazon by somebody else, is this possible ? I search for my brand name before deciding to use it and there were no indication that its been used by someone else. See below reply from brand registry team,

Please be informed that our internal team has completed the review process and determined that your Brand Registry application has been declined as we have identified the trademark from your application as related to a brand that is already enrolled in Brand Registry.

To access the enrolled brand, we recommend that you contact the brand administrator who may add you to the enrolled brand as an authorized user and may also add any additional trademarks to the brand’s profile.

Please note that we can not share the contact information of the other sellers or brand owners as per Amazon policy.
