Listings being removed/defeatured at random for absurd "high price" mistakes from Amazon
Hi there
We have pricing-related issues with multiple of our listings.
For one listing, ASIN B0CVBLJQFP, it has been deactivated entirely for a supposed "high price" although its pricing was in line with all of our other products and very competitive with other retailers. And note that there are "no reference prices available" on the Account Health page warning about the listing, so Amazon doesn't even have a price to compare with, it's just hallucinating an issue.
We have already previously (a week or two ago) had to lower the price of this listing by $10 below our typical pricing to try to get a nonsensical "Violation of Amazon Marketplace Fair Pricing Policy" warning removed from our account. Although that didn't work, it initially cleared the high price deactivation, but the listing was again deactivated for having a "high price" a couple of days later.
Another separate listing (ASIN B0CTTX1JWF) has been bouncing in and out of Featured Offer status for a couple of weeks now with Amazon claiming utterly absurd "average selling prices" that at some points have actually been below our own cost from the factory which makes these wheels for us, so were we to lower our price to what Amazon wants, we'd actually be selling for a significant loss.
One of these wheels is a significant seller for us, so this is costing both us and Amazon a noticeable amount of money. How can we get these issues fixed, please?

Hi @Seller_6tgVMLyDlykG9,
Thanks for posting regarding this issue. If you could share your most recent case ID that is related to this, I'll review to see what options exist for escalation.

This is a well known issue if you check the forums. I think this is Amazon's way of allowing overseas guys spending high $ (via sponsored listings) to make inroads into your established product line. I went around and around with them on multiple ASINs that were flagged for pricing only for them to ignore me and the ASIN's to eventually disappear. These periods of unavailability due to bogus pricing violations will of course lead to your buyers choosing another (probably overseas) seller. Your ASIN will pretty much be dead within a couple of months now that it's on Amazon's radar. If you check the forums, this has been ongoing for years. Welcome to the United States of Corporate America. Take a number...
