Jungle Scout subscription

Hi,

For few months I've paid for Jungle Scout subscription but never link our Amazon Seller account into it because in the agreement is says that they have right to analyse and edit seller prices. Does any of you link it in and had any issues with pricing changes? As we use external system to control prices, we can't set up automatic changes of prices.
