Kids and Baby Furniture Category Application DENIED

I'm reaching out here hoping someone can help or has experienced something similar.
I recently applied for access to the Children’s Beds category on Amazon UK, but my application was rejected without any specific reason. I submitted all the documents listed in Amazon’s requirements – including product images, manufacturer info, and other necessary details.
What’s puzzling is that I used exactly the same documents for Amazon DE, and my application there was approved without any issues. So now I’m a bit stuck – I tried appealing the decision via email, but I keep getting the same automated response saying that my application doesn’t meet Amazon’s standards, with no real explanation or guidance on what I can fix or improve.
Has anyone dealt with something like this? Any advice on how to get in touch with a real person at Amazon or how to escalate the case so it gets reviewed manually?

I spoke with the partner team about your issue. The restriction remains because we still need valid product images.
The photos you sent don't show the manufacturer/brand name or contact info (like address, website, or phone number). We need pictures that:
- Show all sides of the product packaging
- Have business and product info clearly attached to the product/packaging
Please submit a new approval request with your previous information plus these updated images. Let me know how it goes!
