Charge Method Invalid

I have made several attempts to enter in a charge method. Using different cards Mastercard and visa making sure all information is correct and I still get the charge method id invalid. I about ready t give up !

First of all, makes sure that you are using a valid CREDIT card, not a debit card. Despite the fact that there are multiple places where Amazon documentation stated debit cards are accepted, the reality indicates that they are not.

Next, change the card on the BUYER side of your account first; delete any of the cards that caused problem. Then wait a few hours (maybe next day), and go into the SELLER side of your account; at that point, the new card should be available as a selection to change to. Then wait another 24 hours to see if it takes.

Multiple sellers who have had problems report that this process seems to work best. Good luck!

We do accept Mastercard, however sometimes, certain banks can flag charges and place blocks on them if you've never used services or certain merchants. I'd give your bank a call to see if they flagged the authorization hold from us.
