Brand Registry Denied Links not Working
I keep getting denied for my brand registry and the responses are too vague. Everything I have provided is valid and I'm doing the trademark with one of the Amazon Brand Accelerator Attorney to be able to process the brand registry before it's actually approved.
Below are the responses I keep getting:
"We are unable to validate your brand because the documents, images, or website URLs you provided are invalid or are not loading. Please be sure the files are accessible before you apply again.
The brand name on your product images do not match the brand on the brand application. Please ensure the trademark name is clearly visible on your product images.
We were unable to identify proof of your brand entity based on the documents provided."
Has anybody experience any similar issues? Is there a way to speak to an Amazon associate directly?
Any help or advice would be appreciated.
