trademark text abuse.
We have 10 products suspected of abusing the same trademark text. We have already submitted the trademark authorization letter. But the appeal failed and the account was suspended from sales.

Details on the actions you have taken to resolve all outstanding infringement violations in the initial notice.
They are asking for a plan of action. Have you done this yet?
If so, paste it here.
If not, search for "plan of action" or "POA" on this forum and carefully read the advice/responses from knowledgeable sellers.
And: I don't know what your ASINs are, but if they include the name of an established national or global brand, and you don't have a letter FROM THE BRAND signed by an EMPLOYEE OF THE BRAND for SALES ON AMAZON of these ASINs, any attempts in your POA to argue with Amazon's policy, claim ignorance, or assign blame to other parties (such as "legit distributors") will result in permanent deactivation.
