Pallet collection - Amazon partnered courier
Hi everyone,
I booked Amazon partnered pallet collection last Friday due to be picked up Yesterday (17/05/2022). Creating the shipment was easy and similar if not easier than creating the UPS Box labels.
Pallet was due to picked up from our manufacturer site directly and started showing collected yesterday on Amazon shipment menu. However, just received a call from the supplier that pallet has not been picked up. They have some correspondence regarding the collection today such as to confirm that it is commercial address etc but have been asked to apply some new labels (Not sure as boxes & pallets have already been labelled) and provide an ARN number. All this is already been done and we have the ARN number. Supplier hasn’t received a response from UPS to their last email either.
I can’t seem to find a number to contact the correct UPS team, UPS customer support has provided a number but it ring a few time and hangs up.
Would anyone have a number or email address to contact UPS regarding this issue?

Hi, just wondering if you’re in the UK as we’re trying to book the collection with the pallet carrier who apparently is ‘‘UPSUK’’ but we are not able to book in Carrier Central, can’t find any information on UPS.com about pallet collections so we’re a little bit lost. We’ve raised a few cases but we’re not getting anywhere. Thanks!
