Help to refund amazon seller monthly payment
Hi all, i had no idea i was paying a monthly fee for a seller account. I helped a friend try to sell his items on amazon but he decided not to in the end. I didnt realise i was still paying until i got the email saying “payment failed”.
I suffer from bi-polar and really need some help, i cant find a way to contact amazon to talk about it and will likely forget if i don’t deal with it today.

You have signed up for a professional seller account you can downgrade to a basic individual account (no monthly fees)
Just go into Seller Central ( top right) Settings > Account Info and change from professional to individual.
At this stage you can still request a refund from seller support if you haven’t sold anything, (contact us) on bottom of help pages.

Go to seller central and find “Settings”/account info"
Then scroll down the left of the next page to “Your Services”/Manage and downgrade.
That will stop future monthly fees.
To request a refund IF you have not sold anything then you need to open a case, explain the situation and request a refund.
