So much favour for the customers. I sent a £5 item to a customer, they received it and started a return as it was damaged. I sent a message saying we are very sorry and will send a courier with a replacement but please keep or dispose of the broken item as its uneconomical to collect or send. Today Amazon have refunded them £6.99 for return postage and yesterday I sent the replacement. A loss of this one at least -£11.99. I presume I can't dispute the return fees and the fact the customer didn't read the message!!! Agggghhhh
