Quarantined listings notification email but no products in quarantine?
Hi, I have received a notification that one of the items I was selling was quarantined but when I enter my products list there is actually nothing under quarantined.
However one of the products I have appears inactive as “out of stock”. Have increased the quantity but this keeps being reset to zero.
The original product definition was already existing. Is there any chance that was set as out of stock because of problems and i need to create a new product?

Hi,
Quarantined listings are nothing new, they remain inactive until all necessary information is submitted. The detail page will be suppressed from search results and customers will be unable to find or purchase the quarantined ASIN.
Have you checked in your Listing Quality Dashboard ?

I had this recently for one of my best sellers so I really panicked and checked and re-checked the listing. Nothing was untoward and orders kept coming in for it, so it had not been suppressed or quarantined at all.
Sellers really don’t need this kind of false alarm when we are trying to deal with the VTR stuff, along with other things
