Cannot replenish stock
Hi there,
I am trying to replenish my stock to Amazon Warehouse however I keep getting the message:
“Expiry-dated FBA inventory is not eligible for sending to Amazon using a manufacturer barcode. Please apply an Amazon barcode label”
The thing is I have already printed the Amazon ISIN labels out and stuck it to the product…
Is there a setting tick box I am missing here?

Do you mean you have added fnsku labels ? - not ASIN ?!

And
When you create the shipment make sure you say ‘who prepares - seller’

Hi there,
Firstly thanks for getting back.
So I click the ‘Send/Replenish’ option on the item.
And when this page comes up “Error – Open packing template for details” appears (see screen shot)
Then when I press the ‘pen’ to edit Packing details it shows the attached screen shot…
and this text below - and will not let me change anything…
"1 Error
Expiry-dated FBA inventory is not eligible for sending to Amazon using a manufacturer barcode. Please apply an Amazon barcode label. Find out more
If you have resolved all errors, please save your updated packing template."
If I hover over the ‘find out more’ it reads - “This SKU uses Manufacturer barcodes for tracking.” is this what I need to change? if so do you know how please?

Have you tried adding another condition and then making that Amazon barcode?
