Reviews Not Getting Posted to My Listing
Hello,
I have had two customers show me they posted a positive review to my listing ASIN B08TW5XDKR and it has been over three weeks since they posted them but they are not appearing on my listing.
The reviews did not violate any Amazon policies and now I am wondering if more of my reviews are being blocked. Has anyone had this issue before? I submitted a case to Amazon but they were not able to help.
Can anyone from Amazon review to let me know why the reviews for this listing are not getting posted?

Amazon won't post the review if its algorithms determine (correctly or otherwise) that a positive review was solicited.
Seller Support will never explain why a particular review was suppressed or reverse the algorithm's decision; agents don't have any insights into the technical factors that explain "why" this happened, they can't override the algorithm, and they definitely don't want to engage in a time-wasting debate with sellers.
What is the backstory here? How did you contact them? What did you ask of them?

Why are your customers babysitting their reviews? Are you compensating them somehow for their reviews? Are they your friends, family, neighbors, etc?

Looks like the removed almost all reviews, from all your listings. That happens when they suspect review fraud, also against US law, as of 2024.
