Non-US Registered Business - Liability Insurance
I have been searching for a while to find any leads on who can provide the liability insurance for my company. My business is registered in Mexico and Marsh told me that they are not offering the service anymore. None of the local insurers that appear on amazon seller offer the service for a foreigner company
Can a seller or Amazon recommend few insurers that cover businesses like us which are registered in Mexico but selling on Amazon. I appreciate all your help.

If Marsh is not able to assist, you will need to google liability insurance companies that can provide coverage for your business. I do not have any recommendations right now on leads.
However, have you tried reaching out to Seller Support, they should be able to give some additional insight, please do share the case ID here if you are still running into issues.
Here are the requirements for the commercial insurance:
Under section 9 of the Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement, you must obtain and maintain commercial liability insurance within 30 days after exceeding USD 10,000 in gross proceeds in sales in one month on Amazon.com, or if otherwise requested by us.
You may purchase either commercial general, excess, or umbrella liability insurance. When you decide on an insurance provider, your policy should cover all products you list for sale in the Amazon.com store.
