Writing this in hopes an Amazon moderator sees this. So, to makes matters brief, my account has being deactivated a month ago for related account policy violation. I've been trying to appeal to reinstate my account and Amazon asked me to complete a video identity verification interview. Before continuing to appeal I must complete this interview, which I did last week. Still waiting for the results, but I had not received any updates. Could an Amazon associate here to so kind to let me know if there's any update on the identity verification interview?
