Shipping FBA to multiply destination
Hello,
is there anyone having the same issue? Since last week all our shipments are directed into Redditch Centre BHX8 under box-level placement. We have sent 8 shipments already. 3 of them confirmed as delivered but Amazon doesn’t update shipment status. Rest of them according to our courier was refused due not having booking reference. We never had that problem before and always send mainly to Doncaster or Coventry. Any ideas why we experienced such delays and why system allow the box-level placement to multiply destination despite the fact we don’t use Amazon partnered courier?

Ours was the multiple box placement too - first time I have seen this. Very annoying, will let you know if I get anywhere!

Just to let you know that this issue seems to be resolved for us - BHX8 is not coming up any longer and Support tell me that it should not cause any issues going forward.
