Hi, Please escalate this and have someone look into this. Instead of sending me generic responses about Amazon policies, please can you actually use some common sense and look into the issue!!!!! See case id: 10515730602
On the 14th of November the someone has wrongly updated this ASIN’s B073SH5GJT in the Amazon catalogue with the wrong product information, you have updated the title of a hair gel (made by the Nivea brand) , to reflect a children’s card game (made by Asmodee brand).
Therefore I do not believe that is an intentional change that the Nivea brand has made and or authorized. (However there is no mechanism within Amazon for sellers to actually inform the brand owner of these changes, which would fix these types of issue without the involvement from Seller "zero" support).
Anyone with any level of common sense can see that ASIN: B073SH5GJT is not a children's card game.
Please see
https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B073SH5GJT
Does this look like a childrens card game or a pot of hair gel and does everything else in the listing reflect a card game or hair styling product????????
Please update this back to the old and correct item title (which has been in place for at least 9 months, until yesterday!!!!!!) which was:
Nivea Men Styling Cream (1x150ml) pack of 1, Hair Cream for Malleable Hold without Hardening, Flexible Hair Gel for a Natural Look
Which is the correct item title to anyone with a degree of common sense, or are Amazon only policies designed to deliberately stop things from being fixed when clearly there has been an error updating the wrong product and things get wrongly updated?????.
Common on Amazon, you spend more on R&D annually than every British company combined!!!! However, you can't fix obvious errors like this. How about diverting 0.5% of your R&D budget into seller support to fix issues in the Amazon catelogue?
Thanks

No-one here can escalate this for you - we are all just other sellers. You would need to tag in some forum mods for any of them to see your post or contact the MD - managingdirector@amazon.co.uk with your case ID.
