Mods need help with a violation that keeps changing.

First it was GTIN policy abuse, So I sent in pictures of the item proving it had no GTIN and it was covered under a blanket policy, After that it turned into an intelluctual property violation which I provided the LOA from the trademark owner.
No information is being reviewed. Is is closed in less than 1 min with a form letter, that I need to provide more information (gee like an LOA)
BTW same brand as the one from my last post.

There is clearly no human intervention here, only a bot on auto refuse.
Also have a 2nd violation with no information at all other than a violation (not even a case number)

Still getting rejected as soon as I submit any appeal. 3 days and no response from mods.
2 different account health issues all being handled by bots alone.
