WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

THIS IS VERY UNETHICAL!!! I got N number of calls when I enquired about global selling, but now since I get no business, when I'm trying to cancel the EU subscription for about 2months now, nor the account manager is bothered to cancel my subscription or the CS is bothered to respond my complaint. The only email I get is "We are closing the case as we did not get any response from you". How come you got my first email right but not the other responses. You are just trying to achieve your TAT saying "no customer response" and closing out the case.
