Funds Stuck In Account Level Reserve
We need some urgent help- we have a 2-year-old amazon account with an account health score of 332, and no alerts or warnings of deactivation.
Last week, I was trying to get my payout, and I saw that all of my money had been put in the account level reserve. In the past, we have had light amounts in the reserve, but never the entire amount, and also any new sales that we have go into the reserve. I am now concerned about selling any more products, as I don’t know when I will get the money.
Does anyone know how to get my funds out of the reserve? I have tried contacting Amazon seller support, but they have been unable to help me. Is there a better email address/ phone number to contact? Any help is very appreciated :)

Now 2 weeks ago I have ALL Funds Stuck In Account Level Reserve
I have a Case open but no one has contacted me and they continue only to say its been transferred to the Amazon Team
I'm beside myself with worry about my Amazon Selling Future
I worked really hard this year on inventory levels to get to where both Amazon and myself would have a great 4th Quarter but its not going to happen when I can't get paid and I'm still shipping expensive items around the world - I'm really scared. Always been a very loyal Amazon customer & seller.

Thank you for reaching out. It is a normal part of selling on Amazon to see funds in the Account level reserve section of the Statement View tab on your Payments report. It’s the amount of money that is reserved to ensure that you have enough funds to fulfill any financial obligations, such as refunds, claims, or chargebacks.
Some common reasons for ALR would be an uptick in sales, A-to-z claims, returns, and other account health items. For a list of more common reasons, please click HERE.
If you can, please kindly post the case ID number that you have opened with seller support. I will be able to review and escalate if need be.

Same issue here. Funds stuck in account level reserve - No disbursement for 1 YEAR by now.
My seller account has been re-verified in Sep 2023 (bank account, credit cut, legal entity name, contact number, tax ID), and account is HEALTHY with no claim, chargeback etc. Despite all this, it's still zero disbursement, and counting to 12 months (1 full year) by now with no payment to my bank.
Contacting Seller Support but it seems that they themselves have no clue what's going on. I have been transferred many times to other department, and Seller Support just close the case. No follow up, nobody from the Other Dept ever contacting me back. This happens numerous times.
I have lose hope with Amazon. Have been selling for 5 years with no issue , until early Dec 2022 when suddenly the payment is stopped. It has been zero disbursement since then.
I am just writing here hoping someone could enlighten me how to get back my hard earned $. I am just a stay at home mum trying to earn extra income. All the money is held up by Amazon and I dare not even top up any stock not knowing I will ever get paid.
