Stranded Stock - Multiple Exchanges - Help :(

I sent my stock for FBA to the fulfilment center address in the UK, with the intention of selling it to the UK market.

My stock has become stranded and apparently this is due to an issue with Multiple Exchanges.

I’ve been instructed to remove the “AMAZON_UK_RAFN” fulfillment channel and to submit a fulfillment channel switch feed to remove the incorrect channel and submit partial update feed and mention the correct channel “AMAZON_EU” as in the feed to remove the other exchange.

I’m very confused by this - does anyone have any experience with this type of issue?

Hello The_Head_Plan!

As you mentioned the SKU XX is registered for 2 different shipping methods in our systems at the same time: FBA: AMAZON_EU and AMAZON_UK_RAFN.

Multiple fulfillment channels for one SKU result in synchronization errors. That’s why you should choose a shipping channel and update it in Seller Central.

Since you already tried to remove the conflicting data using feeds, I would suggest you to generate a new SKU instead. Please consider that when you use the inventory template, if you enter the number of units (quantity), a listing for FBM (Fulfilment by Merchant) is automatically created.

How to make your inventory sellable again? To correct the existing listing, you should create a new SKU with the single carrier option " AMAZON_EU". Once generated the new SKU, please contact Seller Support and share with them the FNSKU these items should be moved to (this process is performed at the FCs and makes the units available for sale again). They will do a listing refresh and make your inventory synchronized again.

Please let me know if you have any more questions.

Regards,
Maja
