Incorrect Referral fee

Hello folks, please guide that We are selling under Baby category. Previously we were charged Referral fee category of 8.16% but it’s been a year that Amazon has started charging us Referral fee of Home and Kitchen i.e 15% .

On opening the case, they stated that Although your Category is Baby, but your referral fee category will be home and kitchen…SHOCKING ISNT IT?

AND SAD THING IS THAT MY ALL COMPETITORS ARE BEING CHARGED REFERRAL FEE OF 8% ONLY.

HOW TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE.

OPENED cases but no proper response. Called customer service but they said this matter belongs to Catalogue team and they don’t answer calls
