From March until now

I tried my best to provide all the required documents ,but it is almost a year now do you have any experience like this. I am only asking them to give me a clear written rejection reason and when I said that they put it back to review and takes Months I said that only to ask Manufacturer refund and they do not want to do that, so what is the solution only wasting my time I found it unfair .
