Estimated Delivery Times vs What Says On Listing Page
This product B005TG93VM has just been sold
in amazon seller central says ship Wednesday and deliver by thursday
(today is tuesday when the order came in)
this is on standard shipping as we lost our premium shipping due to EVRI delivering late
however on the Amazon website is says buy now and delivered MONDAY!!!!
when I login to my personal Amazon which I pay for prime on it says delivered Saturday!
So why does the website say delivered within 6 days but in back end we have to deliver it within 2 days?
We send everything on next day delivery with EVRI or tracked 24 anyway but why the difference?
We are OVER delivering on speed and LOSING sales due to long estimated delivery times as nobody wants to wait 6 days for order they will just pay £2 more and have it with someone else.
What gives?

Hello @Seller_QngOguTpBSoOo,
Here Simon from Amazon, happy to try to help.
I had to delete your first screenshot as it contained personal data related to your delivery address.
Have you tried raising a case with Seller Support regarding this issue?
