Primary account manager changes
Hello,
Our person set up as the primary account manager no longer works for our business. After their tenure we have noticed they did not give us the access to change or set up a new "Primary Account Manager". How can I change to person in-charge of the account?

A "Primary account manager" can not be changed. You have to properly close that account (carefully save Amazon's confirmation) and then create a new one with new credentials: new email address, new phone numbers. This is only possible if that account is in good standing and not deactivated.
If "your business" is NOT a Single Member LLC or a Sole Proprietor, MAYBE a change is possible. Then create a case with seller support to ask IF and HOW this has to be done.

Hi there, my name is CR and wanted to jump in here to echo what @Seller_rI7BZIczK8iAChas suggested above. In this instance, I'd reach out directly to Seller Support for guidance. When doing so, be as thorough in the situation as possible and as clear as you can on what you are hoping to achieve. I've dropped a few resources below as well:

Can I transfer my seller account?
Although you can add users to your Professional seller account as secondary users, you can't transfer the account. If the business ownership changes, the new owner should establish a new seller account in their name. For more information, go to Can I transfer my seller account?
