Third-party software - Shipment Label Creation

Hello, is there someone using third-party software for shipment label creation?

We noticed that for shipments created directly at Seller Central, the issue is already resolved, but for shipments made using a third-party app, the issue still persists. Specifically, the ship-from address is not reflecting (not accepted), so shipment creation cannot proceed.

There's been several posts to the forums in the last week about this. It appears that the issue is that Amazon is now requiring a phone number for the ship from address.

Thank you for reaching out about this! Just to confirm, was this issue resolved when a phone number was added?

If you haven't done so already, I'd recommend opening a case with Seller Support. Although they may not be able to resolve the issue since it's taking place on a third-party app, they may be able to provide suggestions on a path forward.

If you do open that case, please send me the case ID and I'd be happy to monitor the correspondence and provide additional assistance if needed.
