Having sold on here for years I understand that if you get an A-Z claim or negative feedback Amazon will suppress your account - even if it is blatantly not your fault (i.e. you can prove delivery - we all know this)

Your products will be hard to find and any featured offers you have will disappear.

We have all had this - a customer makes a dubious A-Z claim for none delivery and even though you can prove without doubt the customer took delivery the claim stays and your account suffers. Same with any negative feedback.

The trouble is:

I had a negative feedback which was grossly unfair and untrue and Amazon agreed and removed it ...........but the suppression remains.

1 sale in 5 days and featured offers gone.

You simply cannot run a small business on here it is impossible with these random account suppressions.

I would advise anybody who is thinking of it - yes, sell a few things on here but whatever you do dont attempt to run a business on here as your only income - Amazon will not look after you or support you.
