Best country for LTL from UK - France of Germany?

I’m about to start sending pallets from the UK to PAN-EU. Which is the best country to send to interms of ease of customs and speed? I’ll be using K+N via direct represention.

I can’t answer with a 100% certainty, but from what I understand, it’s considerably easier to get into France, rather than Germany.
