Competitor's product has numerous 5-star reviews that are obviously fake
Hi,
One of the dietary supplements that I sell had a new competitor begin selling a similar product last November (2023). The product had 30 5-star reviews within weeks. Many of them occur on the same days. All of them are long and wordy and talk about benefits and effects of the supplement that are not accurate or real. They clearly have not used the product or know what the product is for, they have just been paid to post long 5-star reviews. None are verified purchases. If one clicks on the profile of these accounts that have left the reviews, they have no other reviews or information given.
Anyone who has seen the pattern of legit reviews left on a typical product would instantly know these are not real.
I have reported this multiple times through seller support as well as my Amazon customer account, and nothing has been done against this competitor's account or the product they are selling.
This should be a priority for Amazon in regards to the FTC's recent ruling on the matter of fake reviews.
Who is responsible for looking into fake reviews? What else can I do to have this other seller and their product's reviews properly investigated?
I did not want to post details here to this forum, but am happy to provide them when needed.
Thank you.

I was checking the listing because we face similar issues with competitors. It looks like the fake reviews got removed? Can you please confirm? Did any mod help?
Nevermind.. the fake reviews are still there..
