Read onlyThese orders have had A-Z Claims that have been sent via amazon buy shipping, yet they are affecting our ODR rate which as your very own policies state "Any item sent via amazon buy shipping will not affect your ODR rate"
We have appealed this, and they have been rejected. Please remove the impact on our account from the following order numbers:
202-1311564-9760310
205-6220007-0389938
203-0662074-1838718
206-4353928-4361149
203-9698143-9146734
Its ridiculous that we keep getting appeals rejected when we are using buy shipping for the main purpose of this feature.
This is the seller's forum - you are not talking to Amazon on here. None of us can "remove the impact on your account"
Give up mate - I feel your pain but its just useless
Mods have helped on this issue in past but no longer seem to do so. I was even told by a mod that Amazon were going change the background checks so that when buy shipping was used any ODR defect would be removed from metrics automatically - this was months ago but it seems to have gotten worse from the number of cases in the forums.
Any case raised with Support or Managing Director just falls on deaf ears.
Ive given up on using Buy Shipping now. Its a terrible system anyway. I could never find a way to re-print a label (occasionally wrong label is stuck on wrong parcel so need to re-print it). I now put everything through Click & Drop instead where I can re-print a label if necessary and there is the added bonus that I now sometimes qualify for volume discounts offered by Royal Mail - something you don't get when using Buy Shipping.
You need to tag in someone from Amazon, eg: @Winston_Amazon
What were the A-Z Claims for, non receipt of the item? - anything else?
Did you also check on any delivery by RM/Courier?
If RM Letter/Large Letter, they have a barcode, add to notes, then raise with RM, and they can check for you.
You could message the MD email, but I gather so many now email that, as so many problems with SS, they are inundated.
Keep trying. Open case, after case after case, after case, then email the MD Office again, and again, and again, and again. Eventually you will get lucky and it'll happen across the desk of someone with an IQ higher than their waist-size and they'll do the right thing. Don't give in, just swamp their inbox.
Hey there @Seller_ejiFQ2ymaOUmR,
Thanks for the thread, let me look into this for you, have you raised a Seller Support case about this?
Yep, I'm in the same boat as you, multiple rejected appeals just to remove ODRs in line with policy, mods just picking and choosing who and when to help...

I have the same problem here.
I'm just paying more for Tracked service.
Just this week two A-Z claim from buyers saying not received. But we have proof with GPS, Picture from buyer receiving in front of the door which still appear the door number.
Amazon just say we didn't provide enough evidence the customer receive the item.
You know what, Amazon is blocking a lot of brands for sell, which I was selling for about 4-8 years. Who is selling alone now? Amazon.
They don't care about sellers, just to take our comission.
I didn't think it was based on the manifests anymore, I thought it was on a daily basis but maybe I'm wrong. There were a lot of changes when buy shipping came out and they linked the accounts with average weights no longer a thing so now they are banded.
Also if you are sending a lot of large letter sizes then you maybe able to negotiate a rate with Royal Mail that is cheaper than CRL plus you get the benefit of end to end tracking.
For the printing of labels, do you use the QZ tray download and if so have you tried deleting it and then reinstating it? Also check that the print connect is activated and working in the background
