GPSR Requirements: EU Person Responsible for Selling Japanese Products in the EU

I understand that the GPSR requires a responsible person in the country of sale, but are there any companies or organizations that guarantee the products? I am selling Japanese products in the EU.

as per guidance from the help page about Submitting manufacturer, Responsible Person, and warning and safety information you can check the Product Compliance Service Provider Network to find EU Responsible Person (RsP) and product testing services.
