I used to sell a lot of Durex at Amazon since 2015 but since last year Durex trade deceased much and I invest very little in Durex now

today I got another shot from Amazon, Durex offers blocked and I must request approval showing purchase of at least 100 units

in last 6 months....

really great because I bought very little in last 6 months and I cannot provide proof of 100 units purchase....

offers in FBA which were stuck more than 6 months blocked, all Durex blocked

this is how Amazon treats sellers, nonsense automatic policy without looking at all at sellers history

I have contacted the seller support but they have not given me a correct answer and will not refund my money, so if anyone knows the answer please let me know.

I linked my account with hyperwallet and set my payment account to hyperwallet. However, the account registration on hyperwallet did not go well, and the sales amount was returned to Amazon. It is a considerable amount of money. Hyperwallet has already submitted proof that the refund has been completed, but Amazon has not refunded the money for more than two months. I think this is the same as theft in a sense. Does anyone know how to do this?
