Item not delivered - Rebuy label and cancelling old one
Message this morning from customer saying item not delivered that I sent on 14th June. RM48 tracking confirms it has not been delivered.
Not a problem - I ask if they would prefer a refund or replacement, and they select replacement.
Now the label was a RM48 bought via Buy Shipping. Until recently I bought all my labels directly from RM C&D. When this scenario happened, I would just rebuy another label and re-send.
What is now the procedure for re-sending when buying labels through Buy Shipping?
Should I cancel the old label on the order details page? As it has not been scanned then it has not been used
Do I buy another label from the Order Details page and re-send?
Do I buy a new label directly via RM C&D and re-send?
Or do I refund the order and ask buyer to re-purchase? (if so do I still cancel the original label)

sorry you have probably mentioned it in previous threads but I’m going to presume that your RM account is linked to Amazon for Buy Shipping and you get billed through RM ?
You can cancel the label in buy shipping but it gets you an invalid for VTR
Others have also stated that as its only RM48 and not tracked, its invoiced on manifest not delivery therefore you have already been charged for the label by RM and cancelling through amazon won’t get you a refund
I don’t believe you can reprint a label on Amazon therefore if it were me, i would just print a new label in click and drop and absorb the loss

If you find the shipped order you click into Edit Consignment and scroll down the page there will be an option to reprint the label.
The same works if you cancel a purchased label you can go here and the buy shipping options becomes available again so you can re-purchase a new label
