Account suspended due to shipping delays over Christmas Holidays

Please help, The account has been suspended due to shipping delays over the Christmas holiday, Thw warehouse was closed, Like a lot of UK business, I was asked to submit information about what happened, what I did to resolve and what steps to take in the future to prevent it. Its very simple, it happened as the warehouse was closed, To resolve all the orders were shipped as soon as the warehouse reopened and to prevent in the future I will put the shop on vacation next Christmas, I have been asked though each time for more details? How do i give more details its simpole basic facts? does anyone know what format or what they are actually asking for? I don’t know how to give more details on such basic facts? Any hints???

As has been mentioned, Amazon expect you to take responsibility. You could’ve extended handling times, put holiday mode on, worked longer, had extra help etc. Your root cause has to be why you chose not do any of those and instead just let the orders pile up knowing you couldn’t send them on time.

Your fixes need to cover how you will mitigate any situation where you may be unable to despatch on time - this isn’t just about Christmas. Your fixes also need to demonstrate that you have plans in place - you can’t just passive-aggressively say you’ll do whatever Amazon want you to do.
