Ive been selling for approx 6 months and i'd like some help if possible please.
I have received approx 10 Parallel import complaints from the same brand over the last few weeks. Ive been able to have them removed by submitting invoices that shows that i have purchased the items from a UK distributor and the items have gone live again and the violation removed. The invoices do meet Amazons requirements. Ive had More than one complaint for the same ASIN and used the same invoices before to remove the complaint. As from the last complaint, the account health team are no longer accepting these invoices as i get the standard response " We have receive your submission but do not have enough information". I have resubmitting 3 times. My account health has gone from 224 to 160. Is there a way to appeal this, do i keep resubmitting the invoices or what happens if i just click the " accept violation" button and tick all the boxes about adhering to Amazon policies in future ( even though i do now)
Over the two weeks i have tried contacting the brand with no response.
