pick up is not done by amazon side but they are charging cancellation fees

this is 2nd time , i lost my 2 orders amazon pick team not even called , so then after my order was cancelled from the amazon side they charged cancellation fees for me , even the amazon side also not good support for seller customer service ... amazon team should take action for this ..
