VTR (Again!) Policy Ambiguous Wording
@Ezra_Amazon another one for the VTR list.
Can Amazon please resolve the ambiguous wording in the VTR policy (taken from DE but consistent across EU sites) which states:
You must maintain a 95% VTR for the following seller-fulfilled shipments.:
Cross-border shipments above €20: Shipments to and from the UK, Germany, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Portugal, Poland, Austria, or Sweden that have an order value above €20 (including shipping, excluding VAT).
According to this, VTR only applies to cross-border shipments above €20. It does not state anywhere that this policy may apply to anything below €20. However, in the VTR exemption list it states:
Cross-border ‘letter’ shipments below €20: Shipments to and from Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Portugal, Poland, Austria, Sweden, or Belgium below €20 (including shipping, excluding VAT) are exempt from VTR if shipped using a ‘letter’ method.
Given that the policy does not suggest that anything cross-border below €20 is subject to VTR, why is there an exemption for some items below €20? It seems that the policy either:
1. Apply to "Cross-border shipments above €0"; or
2. The exemption note should be removed and VTR applies to all items above €20 as stated
The current wording doesn't make sense.
Also, can you please resolve what is clearly an incorrect listing of countries - according to the policy wording VTR does not apply to France or Belgium but the exemption is stated as applying to France and Belgium? Also the policy is stated as applying to the UK but the letter exemption does not apply to the UK?
It would also be extremely helpful if Amazon could announce a significantly extended grace period before enforcing the VTR rules given that they still do not make sense and so much conflicting information has been given and the VTR metrics are currently not being measured correctly by Amazon.
