Loss Claim for Amazon Buy Shipping with myHermes

We used Amazon Buy Shipping for a seller fulfilled Prime order. The courier was myHermes. And the tracking stopped on 17th December 2020. So 2 months on, I am still not able to claim it.
Amazon said I need to contact myHermes for loss claim. They’ve given me this link https://sellercentral-europe.amazon.com/gp/help/G202192220?language=en_GB&ref=ag_G202192220_cont_202109110

And myhermes says I need to contact Amazon for loss claim.

Has anyone experienced this? I’ve contacted them so many times, it is absolutely disgraceful, two big enterprises whom make loads of money out of our sellers wont even work together to resolve an issue they are responsible for.

Can someone shed a light please?
Thanks a lot

SafeT claim… Do not refund. Get buyer to contact customer service. You will lose SafeT if you refund

I questioned this already with SS, and it seems no one knows how to claim, as only Amazon can claim from Hermes, according to Hermes (as their account).

So, only use for PRIME (SFP) and make the Buyer go to Amazon to get a refund, then a Safe-T claim, we have to assume.

I am afraid Myhermes’s response is clear.

“Unfortunately we are not able to discuss this further with yourself as your contract is held with Amazon and not Hermes”

I have contacted SAFE-T team 3 times now, with screen shots of Myhermes replies. And I have received exact same response 3 times, standard reply.

I was hoping this thread can provide some sort of help to fellow sellers. Unfortunately it doesn’t look that way now. I will not use Amazon buy shipping anymore. Rates with ebay’s packlink are quite attractive and compensation procedure is straight forward, you can link you Amazon account with packlink platform too.

Remove Hermes from your list of courier. Ask Amazon to not use Hermes or whatever they call themselves now for any if your parcel.

Seller should be given a level of freedom, they use the term selling partners on papers but it’s very obvious sellers are not Amazon partners here
