Hi, looking for some help.

We had a product which we have been selling for almost 2 years without any issues. All the relevant safety documents were provided when initially listed and the listing was approved for sale. We only had the item listed in the UK marketplace.

For some reason, we received a performance notification from amazon.de (Germany) stating the listing has been removed due to a product safety issue, they are now asking us for EU conformity documents. We appealed the decision stating that we have never and do not intend to sell in the Germany or any EU marketplaces and have even provided all the safety certification as this product has CE certification. We only want to sell in the UK in which this item is not restricted, we have reviewed all the policies. There are many similar products which are currently selling.

Because of this our listing has also been removed from the UK marketplace which we believe is an error.

Seller support are not helpful we have sent everything but we get the same replies without any review.

Please could you help me get the listing reinstated in the UK marketplace as this product complies with all UK regulations - we have UKCA certification which was also sent in.

I bought a product that I intended to sell on Amazon UK. I could see through using keepa that the product had been available for months (Not a new listing) and that there were no red flags.

I got the product delivered and was about to send it in when i noticed the listing has been taken down by amazon.

This product was just an Aloe Vera cream.

I received a food and product safety policy violation on my account and ive been going back and fourth with seller support for about a month but not getting anywhere.

I've given them CPNP certificates, Test reports, photos of the products packaging.

They've asked for a copy of a declaration of conformity certificate. When i do my research online its saying a cosmetic product doesn't require one?

I've not been given a straight answer to exactly why the listing was removed in the first place. All i can find in their messages is this:

(Removal Reason as per CSI - Simple Reconciled Product Data View). Any ideas what this means and how i resolve this?

I am facing an unexpected and frustrating issue with my listings on Amazon. A total of 150 ASINs of my pullover hoodies have been suspended under a food and safety violation, which makes absolutely no sense since my products are clothing items, not food.

Without any prior warning, the sale of my items was completely stopped, and I have now been asked to appeal each ASIN individually. As part of the appeal, I need to provide:

Care instructions

Address mentioned on packaging

Material composition

However, all of this information is already included on my product labels and listings. I do not understand how this qualifies as a safety concern or why my listings were flagged in the first place.

To make matters worse, I have to wait 30 days before I can even request the removal of my inventory. Only after that can I apply for reinstatement, which is unnecessarily delaying my business operations.

This seems like a flawed and unfair system, especially when the issue is clearly a mistake. Has anyone else faced this? What’s the best way to escalate this and get my listings reinstated sooner?

Would really appreciate any guidance or insights from fellow sellers.
