I have not yet reached the 20,000 in gross sales to file for a tax return that being said I have not gotten a 1099-k for taxes that means I can not file taxes until this upcoming year correct?

Not correct.
You must still file taxes. You must still report ALL your income, regardless of what forms you do or do not receive.
You should consult a tax professional; preferably a CPA. A good one will help not only get your taxes filed properly this year, but will give you advice to help you be in good shape next year and down the road.
But to repeat, you MUST file a tax return on any money you have earned, even without a 1099K.

No No No!
That threshold (which will soon plummet) determines when a form must be generated to give to you.
You are supposed to be reporting that income, no matter the amount, and -- for your own benefit -- tracking each and every business expense.
Do not rely on any disinterested third party to do your record keeping for you.

Hello @Seller_TpJwYHPAT9yxP,
Thank you for the post. While I am unable to provide specific tax advice, I have provided several resources below with more information on Amazon tax guidelines.
After review, if your question is still unanswered, I recommend that you create a case to Seller Support with your question and they can engage the Tax department.
Cheers,
Micah
