Daily disbursements no longer possible - Wondering what is going on with Amazon

Hello

I was wondering if other sellers are experiencing the following lately:

I used to be able to request disbursments daily but the last two have been different:

The one before last was only allowed two days after the previous one (rather than one day afterwards) and the last one it's still not possible even after three days...

Amazon says I have no funds available for a disbursment now even after three days from the last one and that the next scheduled payment will be on 21.04.2023 for an ammount of several thousands (and increasing with with each day's sales)...

Is this happening to other sellers as well?...Has Amazon maybe changed something and daily disbursments are no longer possible?... It strange that after years of being able to request daily disbursments now all of a sudden I have to wait for longer...

I would really appreciate any help

Yes, we've also noticed that prior to March 31st (24) we were able to dispserce daily, since then we haven't been able to remove any money since (until today)

Yes, last time I was able to disburse was Sunday and it was a relatively small amount. It's been 0 since then and have this relatively large sum that I can't touch. I am on DD+7 but it seems to be getting worse and the bank holidays haven't helped.

I was beginning to wonder what was happening, I have just gone 6 days and no disbursements. Fortunately, I have been able to do one today - I hope everyone else is sorted.

I haven't been able to get a disbursment for 4 months. I had to re-verify my bank details and I have been told by Amazon that it could take up to 180 days! Having to take out loans to keep stock flowing. Count yourself lucky that you get get disbursments every few days

Strange ,I was able to do my daily dispursement yesterday. Another Amazon glitch maybe?

I was caught up in the verification debarkle despite selling on here for over 20 years! so I noticed on another post on here ,that the Small Business Comissioner Liz Barclay (can't post the link here) was in direct contact with the Amazon UK MD and Kemi Badenoch in the Government and were looking at the legality of the DD+7 policy.

I contacted her about this policy and lo and behold

On 11/3/24 I received the following mail out of the blue ;-

Your reserve policy change – Postponed to 18 September 2024

We recently notified you that we will move your account to the standard base reserve policy called “Delivery Date Based Reserve” or “DD+7” on 3 April 2024. To allow you additional time to prepare, we have postponed the date to 18 September 2024.

So would advise others with the DD+7 problem to do so the same and contact Liz Barclay the UK Small Business Comissioner so she is aware of what is going on!
